On January 24th, a Saturday, I returned a Hisense TV for a friend. We were greeted by an employee who obviously didn't want to be working that day. He asked the usual question, "is there anything wrong with it"? I answered it was not easily compatable. I handed him the receipt and he did his thing. Not a word was said.......then he said, the receipt would be emailed. I called my friend to make sure she received the email. I then asked him to refund the membership fee too. It was all part of getting a good deal on the TV. As he walked away, irritated, he said you have to do that on the app. Encountering someone as rude as this young man is enough for me to never give them my business again. Never! He knows who he is and by all means, get him away from the front kiosk.

Do NOT get items shipped from Best Buy! They won’t tell you when you select shipping, but they may use a service called Roadie. Roadie is like Uber for deliveries. Best Buy gives you a delivery date and then sends the order to Roadie. Roadie puts out your order as a “gig” and then you can get your package if one of their drivers accepts the gig. If someone doesn’t take the gig in time, you won’t get your package on the timeline you were told. If your order misses the original delivery date, they give you a date that you can cancel your order if no one picks up the gig by. I was supposed to have my delivery October 23. Went in for gaming controller for my child, cashier in yellow with glasses, blonde hair, asked if I loved my son? I said yes of course. Then cashier proceeded to say, well then if you love him i would suggest the warranty. What kind of crap is that Bestbuy? Maybe train your POS employees better!

We had a reservation and Nate assisted us right on time. He was so great! He explained what was wrong with my IPad so I could understand. He was so pleasant and polite. You should be happy to have him as your employee.

I tried to call this place 5 times today and couldn't talk to a human being. You literally have absolutely no business at that place. I went several times during Christmas rush and I was the only person there. When you walk in there are 8 employees ready to attack you with questions.
