Went to buy some kind of computer wasn't sure what I needed. Ryan came up to my wife and I asked if we needed help. He did such a great job and helping us in what we needed. We also bought Sony headset and a Anker battery pack. We asked him the days he works because I want to make sure he is their next time I show up. I need to buy more computer stuff for my grandkids. I recommend anyone to go to best best buy in San Bernardino. If you need computer stuff talk to Ryan very approachable and smart.

Robert over by appliances helped me select the refrigerator that was going to check all my families boxes needs. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. With his help I was able to select a fridge that would fit through my narrow 50s house doorways. He assured me that the delivery team would be able to take the doors off if needed be and that it was covered by the delivery cost. It was just delivered today and I am extremely satisfied. Good service, helpful agents there to assist. We had a 98" TV and surround system delivered and installed by Geek Squad! They were very professional, and helpful! Definitely deserve a good recommendation!

My husband purchased a TV online yesterday, and we came to pick it up today (1/8) around 4:30–4:54 PM. Security directed us to the customer pickup desk, which we did. There was only one cashier working the other line, which was very busy, but the pickup desk was empty when we arrived. We stood there for about fifteen minutes. During that time, an employee named Jeremy came behind the counter twice. Each time, he avoided eye contact and did not acknowledge us at all. He never said “I’ll be with you,” “someone will help you,” or anything else. He simply handled merchandise, walked away, then came back and did the same thing again. Being completely ignored was frustrating and unprofessional. I finally went to the back to get help, and Eric assisted us right away. Eric was friendly, helpful,

Phone cases, screens etc are almost entirely for Apple products (approx 95% on our visit). You will not find pixel or Motorola fitting items here, period. Rare or limited Samsung cases if any. Not sure why Best Buy is choosing to ignore 50% of the phone accessory market share. The toy section seems to be growing which is a hallmark of declining businesses. Phone selection prices are higher here than manufacturer web prices. Good selection of TVs and interesting items like dash cameras. Very few discounts anymore. I'd recommend Lowe's for home goods, Target for toys, Walmart for TVs, and Amazon for phone accessories. Best Buy is not worth it anymore.
