Dominic was especially great: friendly, calm, and professional. He explained what he was doing, made helpful recommendations for the future, but never once tried to upsell or pressure me into additional work, which I really appreciated. While he worked, we even ended up talking baseball history, which made the whole experience feel relaxed and personable rather than rushed or transactional. Noel, Jojo, and his crew were amazing! Very professional, courteous, and diligent. My elderly mother was way over quoted by a large plumbing company for a job that Noel and his team did with excellence for nearly half the price. Started same day and finished promptly the next day.
