On trac did a very good job installing my new doors and openers . Scott Olson came and helped us order the doors and openers. Fabian Garcia installed the doors and openers they are LiftMaster 6690L I would recommend these openers. He did a great job installing the doors and openers . Couldn’t ask for a better job, Fabian did OnTac well.

Consultant and Installers were friendly and professional. They walked me through the expected steps and showed me how to use my new garage door. The doors and motor are high quality and run very quietly. I am very happy overall. Would recommend.

I could not be more impressed and happy with my new Garage Door for this flip I am doing. Ralph was wonderful in keeping me informed, Fabian did all the installation, And after my contractor did some work, Darren came out and retightened And realign everything, put in the trim and the Keypad. I highly recommend them.

I haven’t been satisfied with Installers or customer service for quite some time. Darren, our installer was on time, neat, and showed pride in his craft. He did an amazing job installing and explaining the operation of my new garage door and opener. Ontrac is a fantastic company. Maybe Darren should be the supervising installer/tech. for all the new guys. He can show them how it’s done. Thank you.

Great expeditious friendly service to get our car out of the garage after a spring broke. Everyone from Cynthia, Trina, JP and Trevor were great. Cynthia & Trina made it possible to get a technician out ASAP. I called them through Costco & the next day JP arrived to quickly diagnose the reason why our garage door would not open. Instead of pushing for a new door, he gave options for repairs because the door was still in good condition. Technician Trevor was friendly & helpful (as were all On Trac employees) and did a great job repairing our garage door. I would highly recommend them for repairs or replacements…another great Costco affiliated company.
