Each time, I've left feeling impressed with the level of service and the overall store environment. What stands out most is the staff. It's always been easy to find an employee, and they are consistently knowledgeable and genuinely willing to help. They take the time to answer questions and explain product features without being pushy, which makes for a much more comfortable and informative shopping experience. Went into the Best But store in Spartanburg, SC to buy my wife a laptop for her birthday. I pretty much knew what I wanted but had some questions and needed some help. I stood by the laptops for 15 minutes or more while several employees looked at me never bothering to help. They had plenty of time to chat and look at their phones as the place was basically empty. After the 15 minutes, I went to the front of the store and spoke to the gentleman who greets you when you walk in and confirms receipts when leaving. I told him I needed help, been waiting for 15 plus minutes, and was basically being ignored. He said he would call someone and have them help me. I had to buy a new desktop computer as mine crashed. The young man (I forget his name) was very helpful, but when I got home to set everything up, I had to go back to the store because the new computer had to have different cables for my 2 monitors. Just an inconvenience. That's why the 4 stars.

Normal registers are rarely open, everyone has to stand in the same customer service line. Video games are never on the shelf, instead you have to look at low quality printouts of a tiny photo of the games front cover. no back info, nothing. Might as well order from the cheapest store online - you're not getting a proper brick and mortar experience here.
