I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the handling of a highly anticipated Pokémon card release at my local Best Buy location. I arrived at the store at approximately 9:20 a.m., well ahead of the 10:00 a.m. opening, after confirming online that this release would be subject to clear purchasing limits—a standard and reasonable practice for high-demand, limited-quantity items. By the time the doors opened, there were already 20 to 30 customers lined up, many of them families and even children who had been waiting patiently with genuine excitement. My grandchildren received a grant from state for use of electronic devices to assist in their education. My daughter ordered them each and iPad along with headphones. Best never provided a tracking number for the four items, and only the headphones arrived. When my daughter inquired they claimed they were both put in same box. Refused to investigate I mean refused. Someone who works for them is a thief or the shippers. Refusing to investigate theft of item purchased by the state education fund. We are reporting theft and requesting they be banned as a vendor for state. Disgraceful. I will never purchase anything from this company again. My wife and I bought cellphones here 5 years ago. Today we returned to have an internal SIM card swapped out. They did this quickly and for free! The continued service several years after the sale is greatly appreciated. When it's time to upgrade to new devices, we will return there to purchase them.

I would like to share my review because this place needs customer service improvement I was 15 minutes waiting just to see if anybody wants to help me finally somebody ask me if I need something I tell him that I want to see a cellphone he told me sure and then after 15 minutes I saw the same person chatting with others best buy employees the customer service of this place is awfull and then I was looking around me several customer waiting and more employees was chilling and chatting very disappointed about this place. Best buy great store but they have to improve the customer service or just hire people that is interested about their customers.

I recently visited the Waco Best Buy in an urgent situation because my phone had completely given out, and I needed a replacement ASAP. Unfortunately, this visit turned into the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had at a Best Buy.
