Best Care Carpet Cleaning

I recently engaged Best Carpet Care Cleaning for a couch cleaning service, and my experience was a mix of positive and challenging aspects. Tim, the representative, was friendly and committed. He mentioned attempting to address specific stains on my couch, to which I agreed, as I needed an overall cleaning rather than just stain removal. Upon completion, Tim communicated successfully removing the stains he identified. However, after allowing two full days for the couch to dry, I noticed residual dirt in non-stained areas, particularly on the corners and sides of cushions. Seeking a resolution, I reached out via email, expressing my concern and requesting a partial refund for the opportunity to engage another service for a thorough, overall cleaning. I would highly recommend using best care carpet cleaning! I was overly impressed with their customer service and also the results I got! I needed to have all of the floors in my house done as I was just moving in and not only were they able to be out there the next day the price was unbeatable! It was timely, efficient, and the best price that I’ve seen anywhere!

I have had Best Care Carpet Cleaning come to my home multiple times and clean my carpets and my tile. Excellent service and quality of work. Seems to have all the bells and whistles to get stains out. I was going to replace my carpet but now I see no need. I am completely comfortable leaving a key now for him and I come home to clean floors. It’s just that simple I would recommend him time and time again.

Best Care Mattress and Carpet cleaning. Excellent service from beginning to end. A live person answered the phone, was pleasant and made an appointment for only a couple days out. Then showed up on time, did a great job and was gone within 30-40 minutes. I am very happy with this company and would recommend them without hesitation.
