Best Choice Roofing was the company I selected. I had several good companies over and they all were reputable roofing outfits. I listened to their offers and they all sounded good, but after having Ms Allison Tucker come over she was very straight forward, knowledgeable, and professional. She reviewed the settlement from my insurance company and she explained in detail what services were to be rendered. Plain English, no double talk and she explained any additional costs that I maght encounter. No surprises at the end of the job. My roof was 20 years old so some problems was expected by me. But the costs was covered by the insurance company with my out of pocket costs being minimal. The crew started early 0630 hrs. and was finished by 1300 hrs. Good clean up and very professionally done.

Shelby Doran was great to work with. She did an amazing job inspecting my roof. Everything was presented and explained clearly with excellent details. The roofing crew was professional and very efficient. They worked at a very high pace and completed the entire roof replacement in 2 days. The quality of work was excellent. I only rated 5 stars because I couldn’t give them 6 or more! Just had my roof replaced by their crew. I can’t tell you how easy the process was for me. From the initial inspection, working with the insurance company, scheduling the replacement, the actual install, and through the final inspection, they were extremely easy to deal with. Every step of the process was communicated to me and they kept me well informed with everything that was going on. All of the costs associated were very transparent and explained thoroughly to me at every step. No surprise costs and the work was done extremely fast. The quality of the work was far above my expectations and I couldn’t be happier. If you need a roof installed or repaired, these are the guys you want on the job.

Best Choice Roofing, especially Shelby Doran, saved us from the anxiety of finding a contractor to fix what we thought was a small amount of storm damage. Shelby noticed the damage on our roof while working on another job in our neighborhood, inspected both inside and outside the home, and worked closely with our insurance company to repair storm damage. We had the opportunity to upgrade to a Class 3 shingle, which lowered our homeowner’s insurance premiums. The crew started working on the roof at 7:00 am and finished by 4 pm the same day.
