Best Choice Roofing was great from start to finish. Everyone excelled at their job. Preston was amazing with getting everything set up and communicating with me. Jene' was so pleasant and stayed on top of the process with permit approval, insurance, product delivery, etc. The team that came to remove and replace roof did a fantastic job. Very efficient and the finished job looks perfect. I did not even find one nail after they left...such a good job at cleaning up. Josh was even kind enough to remove an old antenna attached to chimney that has been a pain for years. The gutter service they hired was also very good and able to get done so quickly with great results. Best Choice Roofing was definitely the best for us. Would 100% recommend.

My experience with Best Choice Roofing left room for improvement. Communication was inconsistent, and I often had to follow up to get updates on scheduling and progress. A shingle delivery error and minor property damage were eventually addressed but caused delays. Some verbal commitments were not reflected in the final work, and follow-through after installation was limited. The salesperson was professional and courteous, but overall coordination and customer care could be stronger. I hope the company uses feedback like this to improve future customer experiences.

Met Don, one of their sales reps at a July 4th festival, took his card and gave him a call after hailstorms blew through. They worked with insurance to help make sure everything was covered including unexpected total replacement of the wood decking underneath because it was too thin to meet current building code. The team did thorough, good work. Didn’t show up too early and wake my kids, which I really appreciate. Would work with them again.

Best Choice Roofing was responsive to a request using Angi app, called immediately and sent their staff to take a look at my two-story home’s roof vent cap the SAME day in the afternoon. Very polite and on time service. Will ask for permission to park on your driveway, street parking as standard! They took photos to share their work afterward and offered a free roof inspection.
