From beginning to end the process was smooth and perfect. Michael Rowe was so informative and suggested a different color roof than we had picked out. So glad we went with his expertise. The roof was on within the time frame they said and installed in one day. The workers were professional and cleaned up after. Matthew was super nice. He came by after the job to ask questions on the service and look at the finished product.Jonathan Woods a manager came by after too and made sure we were happy and the job was done and cleaned up. This all started on July 26,2025. A production manager Michael came to our home to set up a loan thru Fortivia. He was here for three hours setting everything up. Upon leaving he resumed us that within a week materials would arrive and a new roof would be installed.He also stated we would recieve a email stating when payments were due and how much.I called and texted the company on August 11,2025 asked when are we getting our new roof and how much, when are the payments due?Finally on August 14, 2025 workers came out installed a new roof. I spoke with the supervisor about how much, when are payments going to be due etc. He stated he will get the production manager to call. A month went by still no contact.
