Best Choice Roofing really is the best. Their team saw us getting ready to inspect our roof, stopped to help, then ended up walking us through every step, to file the insurance claim properly so the insurance company could approve the claim. They replaced the whole roof, installed new solar fans, and cleaned up so well you’d never know they were there—except for the gorgeous new roof. Absolute pros from start to finish. JUST SAY NO! I contracted with Best Choice Roofing to have my roof replaced. The subcontracted company unbeknownst to me hit a waterline that flooded my room and subsequently their insurance would not cover any portion of the cost of repairs or water remediation. Ultimately cost me $4k out of pocket to repair the leak, the mold remediation, drywall repair and installation replacement. Consider a company that stands behind its work. A qualified roofer would likely have predicted that the exterior water faucet had a corresponding water line near by. Regardless, it was not my personal fault but I got stuck with a hefty bill.

Jansen and Ryan were the representatives that I had in my house helping me through pick the right roof for my house. Excellent job honest always came back right when they say they would. The The roof looks great best in the neighborhood.

Nancy Franklin, my sales representative really did an outstanding job from out initial contact all the way to the finishing details. Wonderful work, I was very impressed and of course surprised for this last two weeks of construction evolution because they were able to get our insurance (travelers) to put up most of the cost less deductible and some of my personal additions.
