Matthew was outstanding. He repaired both my wall oven and my washing machine in the same day and did it all with professionalism and attention to detail. Great service. Best Day Appliance came out to fix my washing machine today. The technician was on time, knowledgeable, and had great communication. The technician knew what was wrong really quick and had the part on the truck. Had the washing machine fixed quick. I will use them again.

Michaela is a really good customer service/scheduling rep. - genuinely interested, helpful & efficient. Matthew did a nice job getting our problem identified & repaired promptly. He's professional, customer friendly and most willing to explain his troubleshooting results & repair remedy. It was very comfortable having him in our home.
