Purchased beautiful heavy duty shower door for our new custom shower. Lower hinge failed after one year and was misdiagnosed by the technician who applied a quick fix. The lower hinge failed again after the three year warranty period leading to a $300 quote to replace. Best Door And Lock does not support their product. Not recommended.

Justin was great. He fixed my office door lock and went out of his way to fix another lock in the building that I had not mentioned previously. A professional and friendly guy. I will always call best door and lock for any future issues. Two thumbs up!
