We had a leak pop up on Sunday evening and started calling around. Mark wasn’t my first call, but I’m definitely glad he was the one who answered. I explained the issue, and without hesitation he said he’d be here within an hour, and showed up in about 30 minutes. Mark is extremely knowledgeable, fixed the problem quickly, and took the time to answer all our questions. We’ll absolutely be calling him again in the future. Our AC unit that was 12 years old went out on Sunday evening (first Sunday of August 2025) during the heat wave. Mark came early Monday, diagnosed the issues promptly. He explained the situation that the system failed as a result of improper parts used by a previous technician/company. Mark ordered a new unit and restored our service on Wednesday! Mark spent 3.5 hours on Monday on the problem(no charge). His team returned on Wednesday and spent 6 hours with the installation not leaving until we were assured that the unit was operating properly. Mark is very knowledgeable , thorough, patient explaining the details, neat and most important HONEST! WE feel very confident with using Mark for all our future HVAC maintenance.

Great Company! Family owned and operated with his wife and daughter as a great team! Mark was at my house within 24 hours of my first call to the office. My air conditioner decided to quit in August. It is an older unit so I was sure an HVAC contractor was going to try and sell me a new unit immediately. Mark diagnosed the problem within minutes and was able to fix it! If you need an honest and skilled HVAC guy call Mark! When the time comes, he will get my business for a new unit for sure!

Very happy with the service provided by Mark and Best HVAC. called office at 7 am and got the voice mail. Did not leave a message as I was looking to speak to someone to get a tech out ASAP. Mark called me back within a couple minutes. Showed up within the hour. Diagnosed issue with outside ac compressor and replaced part and cleaned. Tested temps and said no need to check freon levels or what ever they call it these days as it would cost more and possibly be detrimental to the unit. I took his word for it. Excellent , professional, fast and friendly service. Was not looking to gouge me for unneeded repairs. I'm happy to find a local expert in my community I can trust!
