We woke up to a cold house to find our furnace was no longer working. It is winter and we have pets and children in the house. I called several HVAC service companies. I had to leave messages, I was told one of them would come out in SIX DAYS! Paul answered the phone, took my information, and gave me a time frame. I accepted. He was here when he said he would be. He diagnosed the problem quickly, found the part, picked it up, and fixed our furnace - all within FOUR HOURS. Paul was courteous, knowledgeable, punctual, and respectful. He took the time to explain the problem and how he resolved it. I will definitely call Best Heating Cooling & Air if we need help again in the future.
