Worst experience ever on many levels. The technician shows me an estimate for $39. I thought wow! Only later did I learn later that was for the parts from Home Depot. The estimate was never verbally discussed, he showed me the iPad and it was a bill for $700 and two drain plugs. The drains worked just fine. These plugs were for cosmetics only. I tried to negotiate the price with management and they blew me off. I also wanted an estimate to re-wire my microwave oven into my electrical box and some on/off switches;$1500. I also bought the $150 family plan. Read the small print. It automatically renews. I don't believe this is an honest company who believes in customer service. They are all about upselling. @@MUST SEE PHOTO BELOW@@ In 2023/2024 I flew down for appointments and they canceled three different times. I let it slide because the techs are always so nice. But, the longer I’ve been using the company, I realize I’ve been ripped off. The last 6 months we’ve had them out 4 times for our tankless hot water heater, which is only three years old. They finally got the manufacturer to provide a warranty part and now they are trying to charge $2k to put the free part in. I called within 30 minutes of the tech leaving to ask about just getting a new one. They said he’s call me back. He did not. I called back two more times, still no return call. So, I called and told them to give me my money back for the deposit on the $2k repair. I’ve had their maintenance agreement since I bought the home

Over priced and not installed right, paid 500.00 for a 150.00 job tops. I was told all leaks are 500.00 or 750.00 no mater how big or small ???. Plus 3400.00 for 1500.00 water heater. And the new drain pan will not hold water because the guy cut the side out of it?? I noticed after he left, going to fix it myself.

Worst scheduling process ever! Do not use! Do not fall for the maintenance contract! Had an appointment between 8am and 10am with the "we will call you" guarantee. At 9:45 I had to call them. Was informed that at 8:25 this morning they decided they were overbooked. Why do I make an appointment if you are overbooked. No emergency service, that's a separate department according to the phone lady.
