Daniel Teo and Jose Lone came to install our playground and we could not be happier with their service. They were extremely professional and quick. We have a hill to get down to access the area and they had no problem carrying all the material down. We highly recommend their install team and the whole best in backyard company, the process has been easy and wonderful!

Durim Krasniqi was so amazing to work with and really helped us navigate options for our backyard retreat. We still have more to come and can't wait to go back!! Durim Krasniqui was super knowledgeable & answered all our questions, when we had issues with the town regarding permits he worked with us to modify the shed to comply. I ordered a swing set from Best in Backyards to be put up before Mother’s Day 2025. The scheduling was tight but despite the rainy week, the installation manager, Rony S. worked with me to get the installation done between rainstorms. He understood how important it was to me and contacted me daily with updates. I cannot speak highly enough of his professionalism and kind demeanor. I love the finished product perfectly put together by Angel and Jose V. who ensured it was properly leveled and secured. I highly recommend this company!

Jeff Burr was very helpful with purchase. Gustavo & Juan did a great job with install. They were very accommodating to my requests & offered options based on their experience. Sent photos when the job was done.
