Charlie and Frank were professional from the start. Expert in delivery and installation of my new 500 gal propane tank. Ran all lines to multiple locations (generator, heater, gas grill) pressure tested. Thank you for a job well done!

A repair made yesterday did not work, through no fault of the technicial (Aaron C.). When I told them this morning they immediately sent the same tech back out, and after some thorough diagnostics he found that one of the parts he used for the repair was faulty. He replaced that part with a new one, and all is well now. Repairs don't always work the first time, so it's the way the company responds that matters. Sippin handled this situation promptly and professionally, as they have every time for many years now.

Everyone at Sippin is kind, friendly and knowledgeable. We had an issue with delivery and the dispatch manager came out to ensure we did not run out of oil. We’ve needed technicians to come out after hours on weekends and have always been very happy with the results. Great company!

On the coldest day of the year, our boiler malfunctioned. Sippin had a technician on the scene in less than an hour to make repairs. Adam S. was very knowledgeable and provided plenty of information of what we could expect going forward with a future part needing to be ordered/repaired. We needed a new oil tank. Sippin made the process very simple and clear. Joe was great, coming out to assess the situation and articulating our options and path forward. He followed up regularly to ensure we didn’t run out of oil as we waited for our install date. The day of the install went very smoothly. The installers were very professional taking care of the space and cleaning up afterwards. The tank removal and new install took approximately 3hrs. At the end Will walked me through the new set up and functionality. All in all, a smoothly run operation and good experience.
