I have a steel ornamental gate and right after the big snow storm we just had, I was unable to unlock the gate and the key would not come out at all. Eli was such a gentleman and highly professional. He tried everything he could to see if we could just fix but it turned out to be a more complicated problem. I had to replace the knob and lock and he went above and beyond. Eli diagnosed the problem. The uneven top part of fence had caused the deadbolt to actually be bent and the gate would not open at all. He had to grind down the steel on part of the fence that the gate was attaching too so that the gate would close properly for putting in the new knob and lock. He is very patient and very thorough and professional. I am very happy. Thank You so much Eli!

I locked myself out of my apartment like a silly goose. Called Best Locksmith service around 12pm and they arrived around 12:45, and the service was less than 10 min. Fast, efficient, reliable, and affordable locksmith. My old lock gave out and the technician Eli was able to fit a newer lock over the place of the previous one. It took patience and expertise, but the job was done right and the door opens/closes very smoothly now. If you have any issues with your locks these guys can definitely do a solid job.

Eli was great. We had a Baldwin lock, a bit complicated and expensive lock for a double door. We called another locksmith and he charged us a visiting fee and told us that the lock was broken and could not be fixed. He then quoted us a very high amount to completely replace the lock.
