I needed someone to install a new igniter in gas range and Alex was the technician they sent. I was immediately impressed with how friendly and respectful he was and how he was quickly able to analyze the problem. Unfortunately, because the range was very old, there was a lot of rust and the screws to remove the cap could not be accessed. He spent time trying to remove the rust and to access screws with different tools. He took the time explaining to me in language I could understand why it was better to buy a new range then spend the money on the repair work. I appreciated his honesty and the amount of time he spent for the minimal service call charge. I would definitely use this company again and would request Alex as the technician. Russell was great! The dishwasher had been incorrectly installed when the kitchen was remodeled before we owned our apartment. Russell was able to diagnose the error, wrestled it out and away from the wall, fixed the dishwasher and reinstalled it correctly! He is truly a hero in my book!

Russell came back after a couple years to replace the igniter in our oven. When it broke, I thought of this company immediately because he did such a good, quick job and didn't charge too much. Submitted an online request for an appt on Sunday and they were here Monday at 1pm with a fix done 30 minutes later.
