Casner Exterminating came out today to treat a relatively minor termite infestation in my condominium. Technician Mike Ruiz was awesome. I like to understand what experts are doing when I have work done. Mike was extremely patient with my questions, and he explained what he was doing at each stage of the process. I was blown away with Mike’s in-depth knowledge of termite behavior and available treatment modalities. And he arrived on time, worked diligently the whole time he was here, and was exceptionally careful and courteous…a true professional from start to finish.

Today, a nasty man from Casners sped down our dirt driveway going at least 15 MPH. He spread dust everywhere and was rude when I called him on it. In a calm voice, I suggested that he not go that fast again, or his services would not be needed here. He endangered children and pets without any remorse. He stated that I was fired as a customer, and he left in a cloud of dust (at high speed). I definitely do NOT recommend this company!

I just spent 3 1/2 hrs. waiting for Uriel to show up, and he didn't even call to say he wasn't coming. SO UNPROFESSIONAL! I hope his supervisors are going to pay my supervisor for the temp hired to cover my desk since I wasn't able to go back to work. Not how I wanted to spend the beginning of my 4th of July weekend waiting for a no show!

Mike, our service man, did an excellent job. He was on point and had suggestions for us to better control our problem.
