Very happy with the service we received from Tom's. Setting up an appointment to have our septic tank pumped took about five minutes. Their technician Javier was the best and arrived well within the time window they gave me. Their rate was 695 for a 1200 gallon tank.

We called TOM’S today and talked with Lucy who gave us a very fair price of $605.00 to empty our 1500 gal., two 750 gal. septic tanks. She sent Jose in a new well-equipped tanker truck incredibly the same day. Jose arrived on time and did an exceptional job under rainy conditions. TOM’S first installed our tanks in 1987, and dug two additional verticle 50’ shafts with a diversion valve in 1992. All work by cheerful Jose has been exceptional and TOM’S has been very fair priced over the years. We recommend TOM’S very highly….

We have been using Tom's for nearly 20 years, and we believe they are the finest company around. They have handled our tank pumping, and assorted septic, leach field, and and well issues in an efficient, and effective manner, and one of their staff in particular has so impressed us with his work ethic, his integrity, and his professional and friendly demeanor that we just cannot say enough good things about him. Honestly, the most impressive thing about Keith Potter is his uncanny ability to diagnose complex problems. He has a genius for diagnosing a seemingly endless array of problems, and coming up with the perfect fix. We trust him, and by extension Tom's Septic Tank Services implicitly!

I called last week to schedule a pump out of my septic tank. Due to some issues with the tank I scheduled a time well in advance as I also had to have a plumber here to fix the issues so explained this to them about timing and the coordinating of everyone to be here. The day of the scheduled in advance appointment, they call me to let me know that they would not be coming. To make it worse they called within the scheduled time period of the appointment. Talk about frustrating. If you want a company that will honor their word and keep a SCHEDULED appointment don't bother calling Toms.

Unprofessional service, charge way too much, and not trustworthy on inspections or quality repair. We've had a bad experience with this company on more than one occasion. Business model is a conflict of interest. I'd give 0 stars if I could. Definitely go with another company and save yourself the headache.
