Best Plumbing Repairs

Gave me a bid on installing tankless hot water heater, I was ok with the bid and asked if he could get there by Friday, he said not Friday but definitely Monday. Called Friday and left message to see if he could make it Monday. Left another message Monday, he called later and said he would be there Tuesday. Last thing he said is he would see me at 8:30 am. At 9 am I left message to see where he was, again at 10am and again at 11am. No call back and no show up. I am a very understanding customer because I have done that style of work before, so I understand that things come up. It takes 30 seconds to make a phone call so I do not understand not getting a return call being as I left 3 messages. If he has some kind of emergency then I will amend this review.

The team showed up in the window. They were kind, quick, and courteous. Needed them again two days later, and were quick to help, fix the problem, and suggest a solution.

We have used them at least 3 times now and every time they have been quick and professional. We will keep using them!
