Our AC stopped working on the worst day (on a Saturday). It never fails when something crucial in the house breaks over the weekend. I called Best Quality first thing Monday morning. Mac and his crew came out and installed our new AC unit the same day. To say the least, I was very impressed with Best Quality's expedient delivery of service and professionalism. Awesome job guys! Best Quality Heating and Cooling of SWFL replaced and upgraded all my duct work, vents, returns etc. My high efficiency unit is now operating at full capacity so my home is cooler and my electric bill is lower! Will and CO was at my house for 12 hrs and came back the next day to make a couple more adjustments to ensure the system was being used at full capacity. Will and CO works hard, is honest and completed the job at a fair price!! Highly recommend!!

We renovated an 11,500 sq ft space which included 8 new HVAC systems and all new duct work! It was an extensive project but the team which included Matthew, Mark, Max and Josh did a great job! As we completed construction and the time came to fire up the systems, they made sure everything was ready to go for our mechanical inspection. They even stayed late multiple days to ensure we were ready for the final. Even though we had to troubleshoot a few issues related to the new systems, they were just a phone call away and were eager to come back out to troubleshoot the problem. Now all the systems are working great and we are ready to face the upcoming Florida summer!
