These guys were referred by my neighbor, and after a few phone calls, I decided to finally get mine done. The crew of four showed up on time and did an amazing job! They even found a dead bird in the dryer vent, which made the cleaning more than worth it. They also went into the crawl space to check if any work was needed there and gave me some helpful recommendations. I really appreciated that they weren’t pushy at all. He just kindly pointed out a few things to be aware of for future services. I was so impressed that I told my mom and brother (who live in the same neighborhood), my mom has scheduled with Best Solutions Services too and my brother is also considering. Highly recommend them for their professionalism and thorough work!

I purchased a duct cleaning voucher through Groupon and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. As soon as the technician arrived (about an hour late), he immediately began pointing out what he claimed was “mold” in my vents. He had a template ready and strongly pressured me to approve an additional $500 mold remediation on the spot. When I told him I do not make financial decisions under pressure and would like time to review my options, he responded by saying I was wasting his time and that I shouldn’t have called him. That was highly unprofessional. He then tried to upsell me again by claiming my crawl space was in even worse condition and needed to be redone. I had a great experience with Best solution services vent and air duct cleaning service. Mike and team arrived on time, explained the process clearly, and did an incredibly thorough job. You can tell they really care about quality and customer satisfaction. My home feels fresher and cleaner—worth every penny. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

I got Groupon to get my ducts and vents cleaned. Mike picked up and asked me how long my vent was cleaned and said it is so dirty that it will need to be brushed. I don’t have 20 vents he counted 20 somehow. And didn’t use brush to more than two and used vacuum to just vacuum half the vents by lifting lid and charged me $500+ He was good to talk but pushed hard to sell. Groupon should not have this merchant. My other friend who bought the coupon from him had similar issue. I will not use this again. Very short sighted on trying to make some money by over charging for the service you are not even providing. Furthermore he didn’t even use the Groupon. At some point it was my mistake to not do due diligence. I can say it’s a scam and stay away

Mike and his team did a good job and were quick and efficient. However, if you buy a groupon voucher for vacuuming and he tells you, when you make the appointment, that you will likely need services that cost a lot more, believe him and do not agree to the appointment unless you are willing to pay more.
