I scheduled appointments with many window companies, and Best Windows was hands- down the best place. The price was very reasonable, the windows are good, but the biggest plus was working with John. He was so informative and friendly, and when I had some questions after installation he was immediately responsive. Even when I had a question almost 11 years later he responded in minutes. You just don't see this level of customer service much these days. I highly recommend this company!

We had 13 windows replaced by John and his team at Best Windows in August of 2025. It only took 30 days from getting the initial quote to having the windows ordered and installed. They did a fantastic job with the installation and were very professional. The entire job was completed in less than a day. My wife and I couldn't be happier!!!

I had all double hung new windows put in 7 years ago. They’re very attractive and functional. All the rooms instantly warmed up in the winter. This year I noticed some spots on the glass between the panes. When I called John he agreed immediately to fix them at o cost. The seals on the windows are compromised. Very rare to get immediate customer response like that. No questions and no cost.
