John and the team at The Family Album Company helped preserve memories from 15+ years ago. Recently I found DVDs from high school and college days, and also my late aunt and uncle’s wedding video. With DVD players nearly extinct, I wasn’t sure how I’d watch the footage on the DVDs. That’s when I found The Family Album Company. They were quick and efficient in converting the DVDs to USBs which can be plugged into smart TVs or computers. He also made multiple copies for additional family members. John worked miracles to convert a couple of old VHS tapes that were stored in the garage through extreme heat and cold for years. Price was great and done in a very timely matter. Especially given a short turn around time for a Christmas gift! John you brought joy to our family to have an opportunity to see these old HS football games of my husbands and it was a thrill for our high school teenagers to see their dad with hair!! He picked up our items, gave suggestions how to organize and contacted me if questions. Unmatched service. I was able to give my 20 some things a wonderful holiday gift of memories.
