BestChoice Hvac and Plumbing

Was assigned this company by Select Home Warranty. The technician seemed to think it was a thermostat problem on my dryer. That got installed, but still not working so then they ordered a new circuit panel. Had to wait for that to come in. They installed it and it worked for two weeks and broke down again. Meanwhile, I had to pay for the new circuit panel, even though they were the ones that misdiagnosed it. Very poor communications they never return your voicemails. The warranty company only approved so much of the circuit panel I was still out $230. I finally gave up on both this company and on Select Home Warranty do not use either one!!

This company was contracted to fix my refrigerator. They did not show up at the scheduled time and would not return a message. When I finally reached them they said they had no intentions of doing the repair to begin with. I have several rental homes in the area and will never call them for any service just based off of their staffs attitude.

I called my home warranty Sunday morning they emailed that Best would handle my issue. When I didn't receive a call from them I called first thing Monday morning it sent me to voicemail I left all my info. Today is Thursday and I haven't heard from them. I will be contacting my home warranty and requesting someone else

They showed up two days after I contacted Sears Home Warranty service for my central air problem. They identified the A-Coil as defective. They attempted to repair (didn't work). They ordered a new one and put in. After all was said and done, The house is not cooling properly, outside compressor now makes horrible noise on startup, Door that should close on the inside unit will not close properly. Condensate drain is not draining properly. (Water in the attic and furnace) and now there is a hole in my ceiling where they were working. I would not consider this adequate service and have contacted warranty company advising them of these issues. This is 1 month after initially requesting service.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I am reporting this company to BBB after our experience with them. We our new tenants at a rental property and unfortunately had two issues that occurred. We had our AC unit go out and our refrigerator go out. When our AC unit went out, they never called to confirm the appointment. We had to call back several times to be told "we were not on the schedule" even though we were. This 2nd time We put in a request for our fridge last Wednesday , it's been over a week since they could get out here . They were scheduled to come today from 8am -12pm. They did not call and did not show. They attempted to lie and say that they called. I specifically called off work for this appointment and was sitting by my phone outside all day.
