He is kind and generous with his time, and we highly recommend Bone because of Steve's kindness and his understanding of HVAC systems and Lennox products. Bone Heating and Cooling replaced our entire HVAC system last year. We have had open and honest communication. We began using their services a year or so prior when our old system was going out. They discussed a variety of options and discussed the pros and cons. We were never pressured. They provide prompt and professional services. We highly recommend!

Steve had no problem with any questions i had. He picked up every phone call i made to him, he returned every tex, he returned every email. The crew that was sent to do the installation , they were outstanding. I'm truly happy with the staff of Bone heating and cooling!

The main technician that came to replace my furnace was very cold and unpersonable. The other seemed as if they were being trained. Neither introduced themselves, rude whenever I asked a question about the replacment furnace, didn't tell me anything about it afterwards except show me where the filter went. Took both of my downstairs smoke detectors down and didn't put them back up. The work seems fine as of now. It was just very off putting.

Excellent customer service from scheduling the appointment and service call. Great job, and Technician was very knowledgeable! Gave us great information on the proper filters to use. Will definitely use this company in the future! Thank you!
