No Limit Contracting

Horrible customer service. I spoke with Mike about having 2 foundations to be put in and we were going to pay all cash. He wanted pictures and dimensions which I got for him right away and he told me he'd get me a bid and the job done fairly soon. Over a 2 month duration, after him saying he'd do the job and give us the bid, he completely dropped off the radar. He wouldn't pick up the phone, wouldn't return phone calls, wouldn't respond to texts, just NOTHING. He's an absolute waste of time. If he got too busy, he could have simply just said that but he chose to be ignorant instead. I wouldn't recommend this company AT ALL. UPDATE: In regards to your response.... We hired No Limit for a large retaining wall, driveway and stamped patio/sidewalks. Excellent customer service, reasonable pricing and workers always there when scheduled. Mike was very knowledgeable. We would highly recommend and we certainly will use him again.

Always get a 2nd bid. working with the owner and getting 3 separate quotes, pool heater, in-ground pool liner, and concrete. all 3 bids total were just over 20K, I almost signed the contract but decided to get a 2nd bid. The liner and heater from another company was half of No Limits price, contracted the owner and told him i wanted to move forward with the concrete portion only, he told me that bid is not valid unless I do all 3 proposals. i questioned him and mentioned thats why i wanted the bids broke out and he said he would get back with me and let me know what he can do. never heard back. yes the owner is very responsive and i really wanted to do business with a smaller owned company. I can understand paying more for a smaller company but not at 2x the cost. hope they can

This is the concrete company you want! Any concrete-related services you're after, they've got you covered. The owner, Mike, is prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He will take your vision and turn it into a reality. Everyone on his crew is a hard worker, detail oriented, and very respectful. I am thrilled with the work they've done for me and will be using them in the future for any additional concrete work I may need.

No Limit hired us to pump and screed a bleacher pad. The entire crew was hard working, knowledgeable, and extremely respectful. Hope to work with these guys again in the near future.
