Horrible. I don't know how they're still in business. Material is cheap, they lie and you tell them one thing and they write down another. If for whatever reason you decide to go here (you must want to really save money by any means) then don't complain later when you're not happy with the service, installation and material. They will fight you to not give you your refund. I should've just gone elsewhere and spent the extra money. It's so sad that they don't take the time to really have you understand the floor plan and how it will be installed. Good luck if you buy here. You'll regret it.

I purchased 37 cabinets at the end of December, due to the holidays and a pending homeowners insurance issue, the cabinets installation was started last week. One of the cabinets was apparently previously used and damaged. I contacted my salesperson, Sarah. She asked me to text her photos and agreed that I should exchange it. I told her at that time that I would go in when my contracted open the rest of the boxes. We agreed that if there was any other damage that photos would be taken and texted to her. Today when I exchanged the cabinet, I waited 20 minutes, which I thought was absurd! I went in and was question on the damage and how long it has taken to have them installed. Horrible and rude customer service basically liars!!! Don't do business with this people. Failed to give me credit for the returned tiles and back splashes, They gave me broken lazy susan and it has bean 3 months they haven't't fix it yet. Employers are not licensed. Poor workmanship. Unfortunatly i will have to complain and file application with Department of Consumer Affairs.

Prices are super reasonable. Disliked that theres only 2 employees helping customers. Their desks are face to face so it can get loud with conversations. But the 2 ladies there are very nice.

Stay away. Sold me cabinets and when my contractor picked them up they said the corner cabinet wasn’t delivered and we should just put another side cabinet in the corner. My first remodel so I tried it. Looks horrible. I hear this is a common scam.
