I am extremely disappointed with the lack of coordination and communication from Best Way Mechanical during a water heater replacement scheduled through my home warranty. My water heater stopped working, and during the initial visit the technician was unable to shut off the water at the meter and I was told to contact Clayton County Water Authority to do so, which I did the same day. They explained that if I called them an hour before the return appointment, they would shut the water off and then come back to turn it on after the installation. I relayed this plan to Best Way Mechanical and we rescheduled. I was given a service window of 1 PM–5 PM the following day. Following their instructions, I had Clayton County Water Authority come out and shut off my water before the appointment wind

Called warranty company last night. I received a message from BestWay to come out the next morning! Todd is the technician that came out. Todd was friendly and knowledgeable. He is an example of service with a smile. He looked at the issue and immediately identified a solution. He resolved every issue in no time at all. BestWay is the best!

Do not let these people into your house, your service, ESPECIALLY if you get assigned them with home warranty. They are claiming it's not normal wear and tear for repairs in favor of insurance the mark up your rates. I quote "In my 11 years I never seen a toilet break like this." Dishonest on their claim sheet submitted and claimed to insurance a different story. Do not get service from here, please.

I used BestWay to repair a rocking toilet. The repair technician, Todd, was absolutely wonderful! He was prompt, courteous, and fixed the issue in what seemed like mere minutes!! He didn’t leave a mess of any kind, and even put down plastic to set the toilet on when he removed it to do the repair. Can’t say enough positive things about him and BestWay!!! HIGHLY recommend!!!

Avoid this company at all costs. Had to use them because of a home warranty. The "technician" who came to my house to repair a water heater was barely out of his teens. It was Friday afternoon, and he seemed to be more interested in leaving than solving the problem. He claimed the pilot light was out (it wasn't). He stated once the pilot was lit the burner came on (it didn't). He was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Now they're saying they can't replace my gas heater and will have to change it to an electric and it will cost me $1300 extra. Beware....
