We had Better Appliance come install a new dish washer we purchased. I can’t say enough good things about Paul and his co-worker that came out! It was their last job of the day and they treated us like the first job of the day! Clean, professional, personable, and fun. They went above and beyond to ensure we knew everything about our new appliance and ensure everything was installed and working correctly. This was truly an amazing customer experience. Hold on to these guys as long as possible.

Better Appliances was very flexible with our dishwasher install even though we had to delay several weeks due to an insurance claim/ repair. They kept track of our needs, checking in periodically. When it came time for install, they scheduled quick, communicated well, and did a great job with the install. Sam was knowledgeable and helpful. Much appreciated!

Outstanding service! Old dishwasher was removed and disposed of; new dishwasher was picked up for us at the appliance store and installed perfectly (despite a very tight opening), a couple of small upgrades done easily and the area was left clean and free of any garbage. The communications we had with Better Appliance were timely and responsive to all our questions. Paul was very friendly and great to work with - he was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and patiently took the time to explain what he was doing and why. And the price was very reasonable. We would definitively call on Better Appliance Service again if a need arises.

We recently did a complete remodel of our kitchen and purchased a suite of upscale panel ready appliances from RC Willey. Our designer included Better Appliance Services to install everything as part of the appliance package. It was money well spent. The installations were flawless and they took every precaution to avoid damaging our new floors and cabinets. Great stuff!
