Blew me off without any kind of explanation. They didn't want the job or it was too small of a job for them they should have just said that instead of continuously telling me someone would reach out and then never getting a call

We had our downstairs redone including the kitchen. Our designer, really listened and understood what we wanted. He handled the arrangements for all aspects of the project and this is exactly what we wanted. When the work started the project manager did a fantastic job and stuck to the schedule. The work was done on time and the house was cleaned up each night. We really appreciate all the time and effort Better Built put into the design and we love the results. It was wonderful to have someone dealing with all the issues and it made the remodeling a pleasant experience. I would definitely use Better Built Construction again and recommend them to anyone in the Medford Oregon area.

We recently completed a bathroom remodel with Better Built Construction. We had an excellent experience and highly recommend! Werner and his team helped us through the process. We were particularly impressed with the high quality of the work (tiling, painting) and the quick responses (usually immediate!) to any questions or concerns. Moreover, just a great group of people to interact and work with. Will definitely be contacting them when starting up our next project in Southern Oregon.
