I brought in my Moroccan rug for cleaning with a significant stain in the corner. I was worried my rug was ruined beyond repair, but Better Carpet Warehouse made it look brand new! I will definitely be using their services in the future

Buyers beware! Learn from our mistake: We thought we were getting a nice high-end carpet (6x9 for over $900). Imagine our surprise when we found the EXACT SAME rug at Home Depot for less than half the price (no returns of course). Yes we were suckers, but this store is still the worst sort of predatory business. Avoid at all costs.

I have rave reviews for the Better Carpet Warehouse. The stairway carpet I bought recently looks beautiful. The selection was great and the help selecting it was also great. Their advice was perfect. Installation workers did a fantastic job. From beginning to end, we were incredibly pleased and I highly recommend them.
