I inquired about a NYS energy assessment to find out where our home was losing heat and what could be done about it. After contacting a few places and essentially getting vague answers and no explanations I was amazed by the detail and explanation Better Energy Solutions gave. They were completely thorough, everything that could be done with the NYS program was done (whereas other companies wouldn’t even do a door test or thermal imaging) after about 2hrs thoroughly inspecting and doing tests they laid everything out in simple terms that was very easy to understand. I would highly recommend these guys if you want your inspection done properly (whereas other places I called were just going to do a walkthrough and essentially only say I needed more insulation, since ironically that’s all the

Better energy did a great job of insulating my very drafty home. They came out on time and did a thorough inspection. This is the first time that I have not had cold air leaking into my house. They were professional, cleaned up when they were done. Thank you Andy and your team.
