We recently had our entire first floor redone with new hardwood floors, powder room refresh, a full kitchen renovation, fresh paint throughout, and all new trim — and we couldn’t be happier with the results! Rakesh was awesome. Out of the four bidders, he was the most responsive and was genuinely eager to do our project and was conscientious about bringing the price down to our budget without sacrificing quality. He was able to schedule the work in our cabin during the winter when we don't use the place that much, and managed to do the work even through snow storms. He sent us regular photos of the progress of the work, gave us advice on the design, and brought it in on budget with only minor add-ons predicated on unknown conditions behind the walls, which is to be expected. Couldn't have asked for more from Rakesh and his team at Better Life Style. His quote for our new kitchen was super competitive, beating out four other candidates. His communication throughout the work was exemplary, with photos and videos almost every day. He wrapped up the whole punch list right on schedule, and took good care of our place too. He even turned out to install heat pumps/mini-splits, so we now have that taken care of too. I recommend Better Life Style highly.

I could not be happier with the work Rakesh and his crew did for me. They renovated part of my basement and turned it into a bedroom with its own bathroom, closet and a Murphy bed. Rakesh listened to my ideas and returned a made to order proposal which was followed precisely by his team. At all times Rakesh was receptive, cooperative, and flexible. He was willing to help either suggestions that improved my original vision of the project without raising the cost. His choices in materials and hardware were tops - his crew, a delight!
