Outstanding Experience with Giant Flooring We had Giant Flooring install new carpet in both our lower bedroom level and our upper loft, and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. We first walked in on Boxing Day, December 26th, first thing in the morning. To our surprise and appreciation, Bob was already on site and immediately helped get us started. He was welcoming, knowledgeable, and made sure we were taken care of until Tammy, our salesperson, was able to step in and take it from there. Tammy was fantastic — she guided us through the process, got us on the schedule quickly, and made everything easy and seamless. Great store, great service. Tammy was very helpful in choosing carpeting and tiles for a renovation project. Great selection of samples in store, and while they don't stock everything, they get deliveries twice a week, so after ordering tiles & grout on a Saturday, I'll get everything for my contractor to pickup on Wednesday. That's a good turnaround time.

We recently had Chicago brick tile installed in our dining room and had the best experience from start to finish with Tammy & Holly! They were both incredibly helpful during this process and installation crew did a fantastic job! We couldn't be happier with the results. Highly, highly recommend! Giant Floor did a spectacular job every step of the process in helping us redo the wall to wall carpeting in our living room. Tammy helped us find the best option for our budget and timeline and Edgar did a fantastic job problem solving the unexpected challenges our stairs going down into the living room presented due to a previous owner’s DIY craftsmanship. We will definitely use them again for any flooring needs!
