I searched on Google maps for an HVAC company near me and found Better Off Services right in my neighborhood. I had never heard of a company getting nothing but all five stars before. Mario was awesome, did the job right, and showed me what kind of filters to purchase. We even know people in common and lamented about both having our vans broken into in the neighborhood. A great Galewood neighbor. His company also does plumbing. The Sensi Company tried to diagnose my thermostat this morning for an hour and I found a neighborhood company that did the job right.

Mario was able to came out same-day for an emergency repair on a furnace. He exceeded expectations. He repaired the furnace. He was efficient and cost effective. I would call Mario again without hesitation. I had called a larger HVAC contractor that had me waiting for repair parts that I ultimately did not need in this situation.

My wife and I recently hired Better Off Services for a full bathroom remodel, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, Mario and his team were very professional, communicative, and incredibly detailed-oriented. They took the time to understand our vision, offered thoughtful recommendations, and kept me updated at every stage of the project.
