I have been working with Better Termite for nearly 4 years to-date and I have to say that my experience has been stellar! They have always attended diligently to my requests and have been extremely professional and courteous! Their technicians are always prompt, timely and professional. They always call with a reminder a few days before the treatment and on the day of, as well. I've had a very good experience using Better Termite in my first year of home ownership. Cindy and the team in the office are very communicative when I need help and follow up with me to ensure that I'm seeing results from the visits. Rob and the other technicians that have visited have been very professional and knowledgeable about my home and any issues I'm facing. I feel well protected from the regular visits, and the team was very responsive when I had some new rodent tenants and got help out to me ASAP. Better Termite has been in business locally for a long time and they provide a great service at a fair price.

It was an excellent experience. The technician (Alan Commeree) who did the inspection was thorough in his task. In addition, Cindy was particularly helpful in scheduling the inspection, and ensuring that it was seamless and timely. She also followed up to ensure I was a completely satisfied customer. I highly recommend this company, which I have used every year since buying my home in 1981. I have always received excellent, timely service at a reasonable price.

Just wanted to commend the knowledge, friendliness and professionalism of pest control technician Josh. He came by my house earlier this week mid afternoon and gave me a prompt but thorough analysis of my situation and left me in a better place mentally on how to deal with the situation moving forward. Most importantly I got the impression that he was solution focused, and not there solely to sell me a plan, as I have experienced in the past with other vendors. Thanks Josh and keep up the good work!
