Better Way Roofing LLC

I'm shocked to see any poor reviews about Better Way. This company was referred to me by a reliable source who has been using them for quite some time. They have performed great work on my 3 Industrial buildings in Tucson. I have come across so many unreliable roofing companies in Tucson and now I'm extremely thankful I found these guys. Finding good help in the roofing industry for commercial/industrial buildings can be incredibly challenging. These guys were fast, reliable, provided organized cost estimates, insurance, etc. No reason not to give Better Way an opportunity to bid your next roof job!

My experience has been awesome! I had a total tear off of my 1960’s roof, all new deck wood was installed and 2 solar tubes added. The crew was helpful when I had questions, kind and hard working. The price was on the upper mid range of quotes I received, so I was VERY HAPPY with the work, effort and fixes/changes that the foreman decided upon during the job. I had some ponding occur during monsoon and the company sent a crew back out to build up those spots for me! This company BACKS its work. The front office staff is friendly, knowledgeable and organized, I was able to coordinate everything through Fredlyn and always felt supported through the project! (and a big project it was!!!) I fully recommend better-way roofing. Better-way, provided me with a patio roof that was economical and durable. They addressed all my concerns in a professional manner. From the top down, all employees were friendly, helpful and courteous. They were the right choice for me.

Not a reliable company. Workmanship is far below standards and no supervision of crew. Had to provide roofing materials to crew because they did not have enough to complete the work. Do not hire this company, you will regret it!

I gave them a down payment and they never did the job. I have never gotten my deposit back - stay away from these people
