Even though he wasn’t sure I’d end up buying anything from him, Alexander spent 10 minutes on the phone talking through everything with me, then he went and talked to some other people and got back to me later. I can’t get service that good even with companies I pay lots of money to every month for services! I was so impressed at the effort he put in. I will absolutely give them my business anytime I need plumbing and heating supply, and will recommend them to anyone.

For someone who is used to going to Home Depot to pick up parts, Betts was a genuine gold mine of a discovery for me. I had a bathroom project that needed a unique design, and the folks at Betts not only came up with a better solution, but the part was only $3.75. I may still be stunned. While I was there for only 15 minutes, there was a constant turn over of "real" plumbers getting parts and advice, which makes me feel even more confident about choosing this store for my project now, and in the future.

Best customer service at Betts! I called 3 minutes before they closed on a Friday for a capacitor that left me with no heat, they had it in stock and purchased over the phone so they could hide it outside for me to pick up after hours. Thanks Betts
