Great friendly atmosphere,orders everything right away if they don't have it in stock already.
I will tell everyone this. This place BETZ Plumbing. Is the most unfriendly, nasty, unprofessional customer service I have ever seen or dealt with. I will drive 30 miles out of my way to go to another plumbing supply. And they Wonder why small companies goes out of business. The upper management should rethink. I will bring all my supplies or order them from other companies.
