I cannot say enough great words how Jonathan & Ariuel was professional, courteous, they did a fantastic job on our heater cleaned up after they were done took out the old heater with no problem. Explained EVERYTHING to me. They was both very funny . 👓 Todd was very professional.kept me in the loop about what was going on. Honest which I so admire. He saved us some money also.🙌🏾 I will DEFINITELY USE H&H again!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!!!!!!!!!

We were having issues with our thermostat/heating... Alex came out & was absolutely phenomenal! He was so kind, personable, incredibly thorough & explained things very well. We ended up having more issues than we were expecting, but he was very reassuring they would be able to remedy the situation when they come back (needing to do so b/c more time was needed & specific parts). We were extremely impressed with Alex & would definitely recommend them & use again!!!

H&H is the best company! Tjourough, reliable and great. Jim is the best service man ever. I’m not there. Usually I’m at work. My husband is there. He loves Jim and he is so knowledgeable and we appreciate all he does. Mike was actually upset yesterday because we had another service guy there working on our oven who didn’t speak English and he couldn’t give a lot of time to Jim. He felt bad he enjoys talking to him.

This is my second year using H&H and I can honestly say they have an ongoing customer. The two Techs that I have worked with was professional, detailed, and quick at what they do. Very honest and welcoming energy. Brian was my last guy and he has such a great sense of humor and a great taste bud for food lol, keep up the great work Brian

My heating system all of a sudden shut down on me and with the frigid temps and a 90 yr old mother with me, things got very hectic. Thank God I made the right chouce reaching out to H & H. When the tech John L came to the house, he was very courteous and off the bat made me feel at ease with his demeanor and professionalism. Within a half hr, he diagnosed and repaired the issue. Thanks for the gr8 job!!
