Bex Parking Garage - Commerce Square

Avoid this parking lot!! Their exit machines were broken and over 10 cars were unable to exit within the required 15 minutes. We were charged an outrageous late fee. There was no staff on site to assist. Very frustrating experience.

Parking experience was very good, please was neat and good. I had reserved the parking in advance thro’ app with double the cost as the cost I had seen while entering the parking was actually half.

It’s getting one because the lowest score I could select is one. So complex and so hard to find. The payment is extremely inconvenient since the paying machine is not taking the credit card.

Terrible garage. Attendants are extremely rude. Not to mention zero service for the daily charge of over $30.00

Horrible garage. Cars block you in the garage exit and you have to wait till the attendant moves the car before you can leave. Ridiculous!!!!
