Not only did he do an excellent job fixing a hazardous wiring problem promptly at a super reasonable rate, but really took the time to put my mind at ease that all the safety concerns were addressed. He also goes above and beyond to explain the work he’s doing, in practical helpful terms (including helping me sort out a mislabeled breaker panel) — something very appreciated for the less technical among us.
