I had an excellent experience with BFARR Contracting for a reroof on my home. Charles was my main point of contact and went above and beyond—he came out on a Sunday, provided a quote with multiple options within just a few hours, and guided me through the whole process with honesty and responsiveness. My situation was time-sensitive since the home was under contract to be sold and roof issues were discovered during inspection. Charles expedited everything, and thanks to his help, the roof was completed two weeks before closing. The installation crew was fantastic as well. They completed the project in just 2.5 days despite challenging weather.
