B&G Tree & Lawn Care

I wanted to post a personal review on B&G Tree and Lawn Care. Brian Payne and his team where amazing! Not only did they give me the most affordable price around! They also where very fast and efficient. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Definitely Brian when I had a million questions for him. I 100% recommend this company and will use them again for sure! ♡♡♡

Terrible work & follow up service. The landscape job they were hired to complete was simple. I asked for two flower beds to have the weeds removed, new dirt added, mulched and plants (that I purchased) planted. The two gentlemen that came were very kind but all they did was till up the weeds, not remove them, they added mulch and planted the plants. Weeds were popping up less than a week later. They offered to come fix the job after playing phone tag with me and then they didn't show on multiple occasions. I then requested a partial refund, which they agreed and they never came or provided reimbursement!! I would never use or recommend this company.

Do not use this company or person, Brian J Payne who represent himself as owner. He promised to complete a job and never showed up. It's been 4 months. Took an advance of over $500.00 as a deposit and only had excuses. I have no other option than to file a Police report. Hopefully, if he gets pulled over or does something else it will show.
