Matthew was truly awesome. We had the same problem Leah did with nobody calling us back. Matthew replied promptly, fit us in quickly, and came when he said he would. He did patch work on our roof but noted that it could use a replacement and came ready with a quote and options. Beyond missing shingles, he spotted areas where the nail heads were rising and addressed that as well. We look forward to working with him on the new roof next spring. Thanks, Matthew, for your work and help with our roof! 2024 Update: Matthew totally came through with the new roof as well. Really nice guy who cares about the quality of his work. During the week of March 3, 2025, BGS Roofing removed and laid a new roof. The work was completed as promised. In past years, I have had to have new roofs installed. BGS is by far the most trust worthy, honest hard working group of people I have encountered in the roofing business. There was no loud music, loud talking and no swearing. What a great combination: hard working and friendly people who keep their word and are straight forward with requests. We have been blessed with BGS! Without reservation, I highly recommend BGS!!

We could not be happier with BGS Roofing!! After the winter of 2022, our roof was in horrible shape. We went to five different local roofing companies, and each one gave us the run around, and not being able to fix it until at least October. We called BGS Roofers, and within WEEKS, we now have a new roof!! I VERY HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!!
