Summit Carpet

We had new carpet installed several weeks ago. We absolutely love the carpet! Our installer, Lee, was wonderful to work with. He was very knowledgeable and took extra time, paying attention to specific areas, such as around our stone hearth. Alan, at the store, was also a delight! He took ample time to show carpet samples, and kept us well informed when storms caused a delay in the carpet arrival. We applaud Summit Carpet!!! Thank you!!!

I could not be happier with the carpet quality and the service I received from Summit. Mike helped me pick out the carpet which was perfect. Mike is also an installer and he did an amazing job along with Les. Mike’s attention to detail was awesome. Very professional and he truly cares about his work. Everything was delivered and completed as promised. I highly recommend Summit.

Run, don't walk away from this place. They quoted me a price of $32sq yard when in their shop. They had a guy come out and measure my carpet and said it was x sq ft. Which was only 100 sq ft less than my whole house (which has tile in all bathroom, laundry room, kitchen and dinette. To even find the number, I had to retroactively pay $75. Then they came back with a $39 sq yard price and are t even sure that it's the correct carpet I picked. Run!!!'

Great customer service! Sales clerk Stephanie is great and always takes the time to answer questions. She's very knowledgeable and helps with product selection (there's a lot of carpet and hard floor options). I've been so happy with my in-store interactions I won't be going anywhere else.
